What a NyayGo audit is
A NyayGo audit is a review of the property records and documents that are available for a given property, resulting in a set of observations presented in plain language. It is intended to help you understand a property better before you make a decision.
What it is not

- It is not a guarantee that a property is legally clear, safe, marketable or free from any risk.
- It is not a title certificate, valuation, survey or government record.
- It does not replace your own due diligence or independent professional advice.
Limits on what we can review
The checks NyayGo can carry out depend entirely on the records and documents available for review for a specific property. Some records may be incomplete, unavailable, out of date, or inaccessible. Third-party records may contain errors we cannot detect. Observations reflect only the information available to us at the time of review.
Your responsibility
Any decision you make — to buy, hold, sell or act on a property — remains your own. We recommend you seek independent legal and professional advice and carry out your own verification before acting. NyayGo findings are one input into your decision, not a substitute for it.
