Why it matters

Why audit a property in Delhi NCR?

Property in Delhi NCR is recorded by different bodies depending on where it sits. Delhi has DDA freehold and leasehold flats and older GPA-based transfers. Noida and Greater Noida are mostly Authority leasehold, Ghaziabad has GDA and Awas Vikas colonies, and Gurugram and Faridabad run on Haryana’s DTCP licences and HSVP sectors. A checklist that works in one city can miss what matters in another.

Most problems show up in the paperwork long before they become a dispute: a seller who is not the recorded owner, a missing link in the chain of sale deeds, a mutation that was never done, or property tax and maintenance dues that pass to the next owner. A NyayGo property audit reviews the records available for your property and explains what they show in plain language, so you can ask the right questions before you pay a token, sign an agreement or rely on a property you already own.

Common questions

Property audit questions, answered.

Straight answers about how NyayGo works for property owners and buyers in Delhi NCR.

What is a property audit?

A property audit is a review of the records and documents available for a property — ownership information, title and sale history, dues and document consistency — organised into plain-language observations. It helps you understand a property before you decide. It is not legal advice or a guarantee that a property is risk-free.

Which property audit do I need?

If you already own the property, choose Know Your Property Legality and Dues. If you are planning to buy, choose Want to Buy Audit a Property. Both review the information available and report what we observe.

What documents should I provide for a property audit?

Share only what is relevant — sale deed, registry, previous sale documents, mutation records, property tax receipts, and allotment or possession documents. After you submit a request, our team emails you for the specific documents relevant to your property.

Does NyayGo operate outside Delhi NCR?

NyayGo primarily serves Delhi NCR — including New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. You can still enquire from elsewhere, but Delhi NCR is our primary service market.

Can NyayGo help with a property dispute?

Yes. NyayGo helps with property disputes — title and ownership, family partition, tenant and landlord, builder and RERA complaints, and sale-deal or possession matters — through independent advocates enrolled with a State Bar Council. Scope and fee are agreed before any work begins, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Does a property audit guarantee the property is legally safe?

No. A NyayGo audit is based on the records and documents available for review. It highlights information and potential risks but does not guarantee that a property is free from all legal, financial or ownership risks, and it is not a substitute for independent legal advice.
