Government & Authority Property Disputes

Many Delhi NCR properties depend on a government body — DDA, Noida or Greater Noida Authority, GDA, HSVP, a municipal corporation or the revenue department. When a mutation is refused, an allotment is cancelled or compensation seems too low, NyayGo reviews the records and coordinates an independent enrolled advocate. NyayGo is a private service and has no government affiliation.

Where these disputes are decided

These matters usually start with the authority itself — an application, objection or departmental appeal. Land acquisition compensation is governed by the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Where an authority acts unlawfully or arbitrarily, a writ petition before the High Court may be possible. The advocate on your matter advises the right route.

FAQ

Common questions

My mutation application was rejected. What can I do?

The order usually states a reason. Depending on the authority, you can file an objection, an appeal or a fresh application with the missing documents. An advocate can advise on the correct remedy.

Is NyayGo connected to DDA, Noida Authority or any government body?

No. NyayGo is a private service operated by DataRepo Private Limited. We help you understand the records and coordinate independent advocates; decisions rest with the authority or court.

Can NyayGo guarantee the result?

No. Outcomes depend on the facts, the evidence and the law, and no one can lawfully guarantee a result. The advocate on your matter will explain the options and the risks.

Stuck with an authority over your property?
