No payment on this website
This website does not collect any payment. Submitting an audit request is a free enquiry, not a paid order. If you choose to proceed with a paid service, the fee, scope and timeline are agreed with you separately before any work begins.
Cancelling a request
You can cancel a request at any time before work begins, at no cost, by emailing hello@nyaygo.com with your reference ID. If no work has started, nothing is owed.
Refunds for a paid engagement
If you have engaged NyayGo for a paid audit, the cancellation and refund terms that apply are those set out in your engagement or agreed in writing with you at the time. As a general principle:
- If you cancel before we begin work, any advance paid is refundable, less any transaction charges actually incurred.
- Once work has started or findings have been delivered, fees for the work already carried out may not be refundable, because the review is a professional service that has been performed.
Nature of the service
A NyayGo audit reports observations based on the records and documents available for review. It does not guarantee that a property is free from all legal, financial or ownership risks (see our Disclaimer). A refund is not available simply because the findings are unfavourable, or because certain records were unavailable or incomplete, as this is the nature of an audit rather than a fault in the service.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email hello@nyaygo.com with your name and reference ID. We will respond within a reasonable time and process any refund due to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
