The service
NyayGo offers two services — Know Your Property Legality and Dues, and Want to Buy Audit a Property. Each involves reviewing the records and documents available for a property and reporting our observations. What we can review depends on the information available for a given property.
Not legal advice
NyayGo provides information and observations, not legal advice, and does not act as your advocate or legal representative. Our findings do not guarantee that a property is free from any legal, financial, ownership or other risk. You should seek independent professional or legal advice before making a property decision.
Information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details and documents you submit. Providing false, misleading or unlawfully obtained information may affect our ability to help you and may result in us declining or ending a request.
Acceptable use
- Use the website and forms only for genuine enquiries.
- Do not upload malicious files, attempt to disrupt the service, or submit content you have no right to share.
- Do not use NyayGo for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DataRepo Private Limited is not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make based on a NyayGo audit, from records or information that were not available for review, or from the accuracy of third-party records. Our audit is one input into your decision, not a substitute for your own due diligence.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
