Property Ownership & Title Disputes
When two people claim the same property, or the title chain has a gap, a forged link or a registration nobody can explain, the answer usually sits in the records. NyayGo reviews the title documents first, then coordinates the next step through an independent enrolled advocate.
Where these disputes are decided
Title and ownership questions are usually decided by civil courts — for example in a suit for declaration of title, cancellation of a document or an injunction. Where a document appears forged, a police complaint can run alongside the civil case. A property audit of the chain often shows how strong each side’s position is before anyone goes to court.

Common questions
How do I know if my property title is defective?
Common signs are a missing link in the chain of sale deeds, an unregistered transfer, a GPA-based sale, or records that name someone else. A records review shows what can be traced and where the gaps are.
Can a registered sale deed be challenged?
Yes. Registration does not by itself make a transfer unchallengeable — a deed can be challenged, for example for fraud or lack of title in the seller. Whether a challenge is viable depends on the facts and limitation periods.
Can NyayGo guarantee the result?
No. Outcomes depend on the facts, the evidence and the law, and no one can lawfully guarantee a result. The advocate on your matter will explain the options and the risks.
