Sale, Purchase & Agreement Disputes

A seller backs out after taking a token, a buyer stops paying, or the deal falls apart over a clause nobody read. These disputes depend on what the agreement to sell says and what was paid. NyayGo reviews the paperwork and coordinates an independent enrolled advocate for the next step.

Where these disputes are decided

Sale and agreement disputes are generally decided by civil courts — for example a suit for specific performance (to complete the sale), refund of money, damages or cancellation of a document. Where cheating is involved, a criminal complaint may also be possible. Limitation periods apply, so acting early matters.

FAQ

Common questions

The seller took my token money and backed out. What can I do?

Depending on the agreement, you may be able to seek refund of the money, damages, or specific performance to complete the sale. A legal notice is usually the first step.

Is an unregistered agreement to sell valid?

An agreement to sell can be relied on as a contract, but registration and stamp duty affect how it can be used as evidence and enforced. The advocate reviews the document and advises on its strength.

Can NyayGo guarantee the result?

No. Outcomes depend on the facts, the evidence and the law, and no one can lawfully guarantee a result. The advocate on your matter will explain the options and the risks.
