Property Disputes · Delhi NCR

Real Estate & Builder Disputes

Delayed flats, stalled projects and refunds that never arrive are among the most common property problems in Noida, Greater Noida and Gurugram. NyayGo reviews your builder-buyer agreement and payment records, then coordinates an independent enrolled advocate for a notice, a RERA complaint or other proceedings.

Where these disputes are decided

For projects registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, buyers can complain to the state authority — UP RERA for Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, HARERA for Gurugram and Faridabad, and Delhi RERA for Delhi. Depending on the facts, consumer commissions or civil courts can also be options. The advocate on your matter advises which forum fits.

FAQ

Common questions

Where do I complain about a delayed flat?

If the project is registered under RERA, the state RERA authority is a common route — UP RERA, HARERA or Delhi RERA depending on location. Consumer commissions and civil courts can also be options; the advocate advises which suits your facts.

Can I get a refund instead of possession?

Where possession is delayed, RERA allows an allottee to seek a refund with interest or to stay in the project and claim interest for the delay. What is achievable depends on the agreement, the builder’s position and the forum’s decision.

Can NyayGo guarantee the result?

No. Outcomes depend on the facts, the evidence and the law, and no one can lawfully guarantee a result. The advocate on your matter will explain the options and the risks.
